International delegates attending the conference in India are required to obtain a e-Business Visa (e-B5 V).

OCI Card holders do not require these permissions.

Application Process

• Step 1: Submit Delegate Information
  Share the required personal, passport, professional and contact details with the Organizing Committee.
• Step 2: Government Clearance Process
  The Organizing Committee will initiate and coordinate the required Government clearance process in India.
  Processing Time: Approximately 3 weeks
• Step 3: Apply for Conference Visa
  Once the necessary approvals are received, the Organizing Committee will provide the required Government documents and official invitation letter.
